2026 Seal Coat Surfacing
The TOWN OF WOODLAND, Sauk County will receive bids for 2026
seal coat surfacing (22’ width). Please bid the following specifications-
*Single Seal Over Hard Surface Using Limestone
*Single Seal Over Hard Surface Using 3/8” Dark Granite Chips for Top
Cover Aggregate (Must Provide a Sample of Aggregate Prior to Bid
Opening)
*Double Seal Over Gravel Surface Using Limestone
*Price Per Ton for Hot Mix Wedging and Overlay
*Price Per Ton For 2” Hot Mix(22’width)
**Full Length of the Following Roads-North Dutch Hollow Road
Stanek Road
A vibrating roller is required. Any gravel lifts will need to be vibrated before
sealing. These products may be used on a Local Road Improvement. For bid
specifications, contact Chairman Edwin Woolever (608)464-3367. Submit
sealed bids to Chairman Edwin Woolever, S614 Strawbridge Road,
Wonewoc, WI. 53968. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject
any/all bids. The Town of Woodland Responsible Bidder Ordinance 2020-
01 in effect. Bids will be opened at the March 09, 2026 Regular Town
Board Meeting.
